Chase camera

The Camera tab can now change how the chase camera is framed, not just how it behaves.

• Five presets — Stock, Cinematic, Aggressive, Wide and Hero, from the
  look the game ships with out to the most extreme. Each one says what it does and how
  much of the frame the car fills, so you can pick from the descriptions rather than
  by trial and error.
• Custom — opens up the eight values behind the presets: height, distance behind
  the car, pitch and field of view, for both the near and far chase cameras. Nudge any
  slider and the dropdown switches to Custom on its own. Every preset is reachable by
  hand, so nothing is hidden behind the named looks.
• Presets apply to every car, and cameras that had drifted off to one side (from
  dragging the camera in game) get re-centred.
• Chase lag and horizon lock are unchanged and still available whichever preset you pick.
• Every camera change leaves a backup, so you can always get your old settings back.

Faster

• The Camera and Filters tabs used to pause for up to half a second before
  showing anything. Both now open immediately — Filters fills in its comparison in the
  background behind a progress bar.

Polish

• The Camera page is broken into clearly-headed sections instead of one long column of
  sliders, and the near and far chase camera groups are labelled so it's obvious which
  camera a slider belongs to.
